Guided. Christian. Meditation.
I never thought I would escape the unending cycle of tasks, chaos, distraction, busy-ness, pressure, and a mind that would never stop. Even at night, it would keep going and wake me up with hopeless, negative thoughts. In the pursuit of peace, I discovered a way to cultivate stillness, quieting the mind through Christian meditation. The early Christian fathers and mothers of our faith pursued this holy art with sincere dedication, and the offerings below are to help you begin your own practice of becoming still and knowing the God who is I AM.
